Yoga is for everyone! If you are intimidated by large classes with super bendy people, small group and one-on-one classes may be your ideal environment. My classes are not power flow classes - but classes that teach the foundation of yoga and how to strengthen your body and spine in every pose. Remember that every pose will look different on every body, every time!

Embrace Yourself

 The word “yoga” means “union” and refers to the union between the mind and the body. By controlling the breath and holding the body in steady poses or “asanas”, yoga creates balance within the body. Asanas are specifically designed to sculpt the body, release muscular tension, and tone internal organs. By linking breath with movement, yoga strengthens the mind-body connection.
